Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Original invoice, tags, certificates, and accessories must accompany the return.
All returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
Products that do not meet the above conditions may not qualify for return approval.
