Billing Policy

  1. As per government regulations, a Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for all purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000, applicable for all modes of payment.

  2. Cash will not be accepted for any transaction above ₹1,99,000.

  3. Veda Silver is not responsible for any loss due to mishandling of ornaments, including breakage, scratches, or falling stones.

  4. Exchange may be done within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice, provided the item has not been used and is in saleable condition.

  5. If a product is damaged due to normal use, please contact your nearest Veda Silver store for repair at a fair cost.

  6. Once the product is sold, it cannot be refunded.

  7. No colour guarantee. No warranty.

  8. Jewellery Care Instructions:
    a. Avoid contact of perfume with jewellery.
    b. Do not wear jewellery while sweating.
    c. Do not clean jewellery with chemicals.
    d. Store in a plastic box when not in use. Avoid velvet boxes.
