Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the perfect piece is important.

Eligible products may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Exchange conditions:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
  • Original invoice, tags, certificates, and packaging must be provided.
  • The exchange product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
  • Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Exchange requests remain subject to quality inspection and final approval by VEDA SILVER.

Customized, engraved, altered, or specially ordered products are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items may not qualify for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved products.
  • Products altered or repaired by a third party.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Products returned without the original invoice, certificate, tags, or packaging.
  • Products returned beyond the applicable return or exchange period.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items where specifically stated.
